Who we are

BAI8 is operated by SAS CORP, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean SAS CORP, and "you" means the person using BAI8.

What BAI8 is

BAI8 is a software research service for sports betting markets. It compares available bookmaker prices, estimates probabilities, and records the results of bets you choose to tell it about.

BAI8 is not a bookmaker, betting exchange or broker. It does not offer gambling, accept stakes, settle bets or hold an account with any bookmaker.

What BAI8 does not do

These boundaries are not changed by any setting, plan or agreement:

• We never place a bet on your behalf, and we hold no account with any bookmaker.
• We never take, hold, transmit or return betting stakes or winnings. We only charge for BAI8 subscriptions and one-off credit packs.
• We never guarantee an outcome. Probabilities, likely outcomes, edges and verdicts are estimates, not facts or promises.
• We do not make a betting decision for you. Every figure and analytical verdict is research for you to judge.

You bet at your own risk

Betting loses money for most people who do it. Our analysis can be wrong, our data can be stale, and a bookmaker can void, limit or refuse a bet for reasons we cannot see. A positive edge is an estimate, not a promise, and a position that looks mathematically certain can still lose money in practice because a price moved, a stake was limited, or a market was voided.

Every decision to place a bet is yours alone. You accept full responsibility for the outcome, including total loss of the money you stake.

Where you may use it

BAI8 may be accessible from more than one country. Accessibility does not mean that betting or this research service is lawful where you are. You are responsible for knowing the law that applies to you, whether a bookmaker will accept you, and whether you meet the legal age. You must not use BAI8 where doing so would break that law.

Bookmakers may restrict or close accounts under their own terms. We cannot prevent, appeal or compensate you for a bookmaker decision.

Accuracy and availability

Odds come from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We show coverage gaps rather than filling them with assumptions, but we cannot guarantee that any price shown is still available at the bookmaker.

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

Subscriptions, credits, cancellation and refunds

BAI8 offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. A new free account includes a one-time trial of five assessment credits, valid for ten days from sign-up. Trial credits not used within those ten days expire and are not replaced, and each email inbox receives one trial. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe at the price, currency and research allowance shown before checkout. The checkout also shows any tax and charge date. A paid subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

One-off credit packs, where offered, are charged once and do not create a subscription. Credits are service units, are not money, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and remain available while the account exists.

You can change or cancel a subscription from your account without contacting us. An upgrade charges the displayed new-plan price immediately, starts a new billing period, and carries over unused research credits. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current paid period and does not refund or prorate that period. Cancellation also takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and paid access remains available until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or used credits, except where a refund is required by the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Where that right applies, it applies regardless of anything else in these terms.

Your account and your data

You sign in with a supported email and password or identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and devices secure. You may export your account data and schedule account deletion from the account page.

Account deletion has a 14-day safety period and can be cancelled during that period. If a cancelled paid subscription remains active for longer, deletion occurs after the paid period ends. The privacy policy explains what is removed and what law may require us to retain.

Do not use the service to break the law, scrape or resell our output, share one subscription across multiple people, or attempt to access another user’s data.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BAI8 is not liable for betting losses, lost profits, missed opportunities or bookmaker account restrictions arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by French law. If you use BAI8 as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel.
